Die Europäische Zentralbank (EZB) sucht bis zu zwei Dienstleister für die Unterstützung bei der Relocation von Mitarbeitern in den Raum Frankfurt am Main. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Bereitstellung von Informationen zum Wohnungsmarkt, individuelle Wohnungssuche sowie Beratungsleistungen zu Umzugsformalitäten und eine Telefon-Hotline. Der Vertrag ist auf eine Laufzeit von 1440 Tagen ausgelegt und wird im Kaskadenmodell vergeben.

The ECB is seeking up to two suppliers for the provision of services in relation to relocation of staff members to the Frankfurt am Main area. The services shall include (but not be limited to): general housing information via a website and in printable format, individual housing search based on questionnaires and/or interviews, consultancy services related to (rental) housing/accommodation and relocation formalities, provision of telephone hotline. The two contracts will be awarded in ranking scheme (cascade).
Die Europäische Zentralbank möchte ihre Mitarbeiter bei der Suche nach Wohnraum und der administrativen Abwicklung von Umzügen in den Raum Frankfurt am Main unterstützen. Dafür werden bis zu zwei externe Dienstleister gesucht, die unter anderem eine Informationsplattform betreiben, individuelle Suchaufträge übernehmen und eine telefonische Beratung anbieten. Die Vergabe erfolgt nach einem Kaskadenmodell, bei dem die Anbieter in einer Rangliste geführt werden und je nach Verfügbarkeit beauftragt werden. Der Vertrag läuft über einen Zeitraum von etwa vier Jahren.
