Die Europäische Zentralbank (EZB) vergibt einen Rahmenvertrag über Event-Agentur-Dienstleistungen für ihr jährliches Forum on Central Banking. Der Auftragnehmer soll Beratungsdienstleistungen sowie Projektmanagement, Koordination und Durchführung aller Vorbereitungsaufgaben und Event-Management vor Ort übernehmen. Der Vertrag hat eine Laufzeit von drei Jahren mit Option auf ein weiteres Jahr (insgesamt bis zu 4 Jahre), Beginn ist Oktober 2025. Der geschätzte Wert liegt bei ca. EUR 500.000 pro Ausgabe zuzüglich optionaler Leistungen.

The ECB is seeking a Contractor with proven experience in organising high-level conferences and events throughout Europe in particular in Portugal, and with an established network of partners/subcontractors in Portugal. The tasks of the successful tenderer may include: (a) Consultancy services (b) Project management, coordination and execution of all preparatory tasks, event management on-site The ECB intends to award one framework agreement for the provision of services to the Tenderer offering the best concept, methodology and value for money. The contract is envisaged to start in October 2025 and shall remain in effect for a period of three years with the possibility of an extension for an additional year. The contract value is expected to be approx. EUR 500,000 per edition plus optional services. The numbers are only estimates and shall not be binding on the ECB.
Die Europäische Zentralbank (EZB) in Frankfurt sucht eine Event-Agentur für die Organisation ihres jährlichen Forums on Central Banking, einer hochrangigen Konferenz für Zentralbanker aus ganz Europa. Der Auftrag umfasst Beratungsleistungen sowie komplettes Projektmanagement und Event-Management vor Ort — also alles von der Planung bis zur Durchführung der Veranstaltung. Besonders wichtig ist ein etabliertes Netzwerk von Partnern in Portugal, wo die Veranstaltung hauptsächlich stattfinden soll. Der Rahmenvertrag läuft drei Jahre mit der Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung um ein weiteres Jahr, der geschätzte Wert liegt bei etwa 500.000 Euro pro Veranstaltung. Bewerber müssen nachweisen, dass sie bereits vergleichbare hochrangige Konferenzen in Europa organisiert haben.
