Die Europäische Zentralbank (EZB) schreibt konzeptionelle IT-Beratungsleistungen für einen Zeitraum von ca. vier Jahren aus. Der Fokus liegt auf strategischer Beratung in Bereichen wie Cloud, Big Data, IT-Governance und digitale Transformation, wobei operative Implementierungsleistungen explizit ausgeschlossen sind. Das Auftragsvolumen wird auf 45 Millionen Euro geschätzt.

The European Central Bank (ECB) needs to maintain a robust, efficient, and secure IT infrastructure and application landscape both on-prem as well as in the cloud. To navigate these challenges effectively, the ECB intends to make use of conceptual IT consultancy services in the following domains: Cloud, digital services, and big data, Collaboration & mobility, IT sourcing, market research, benchmarking, and acquisition services, Project/programme delivery support. The main goals for the use of IT conceptual consultancy are: Strategic Alignment, Regulatory Adherence, Operational Efficiency, Innovation and competitive edge, Risk Management, Expertise and knowledge transfer.
Die Europäische Zentralbank in Frankfurt sucht externe Unterstützung durch IT-Berater, um ihre IT-Infrastruktur und Anwendungslandschaft strategisch weiterzuentwickeln. Dabei geht es um konzeptionelle Beratung in Themenfeldern wie Cloud-Strategien, Big Data, IT-Sourcing und digitale Innovationen, während die tatsächliche technische Umsetzung oder Softwareentwicklung nicht Teil des Auftrags ist. Die Zusammenarbeit ist auf eine Laufzeit von 1440 Tagen, also etwa vier Jahren, ausgelegt. Ziel ist es, die operative Effizienz zu steigern, regulatorische Anforderungen zu erfüllen und technologische Risiken besser zu managen.
