Kurzbeschreibung
Die Europäische Zentralbank in Frankfurt am Main beschafft Beratungsleistungen für ihr Treasury-Management-System Wallstreet Suite. Die Ausschreibung umfasst zwei Lose: Prüfung und fachliche Beratung sowie Entwicklung, technische Konfiguration, Betrieb und Wartung. Leistungsbeschreibung
The European Central Bank (ECB) is seeking through this open procedure suppliers for the provision of consultancy services for the Wallstreet Suite (WSS) treasury management system (TMS). The consultancy works/services refer specifically to WSS. Parts of the deliverables may be used for other TMS related tasks, activities, or projects. Details of the exact scope of services and works and the contract performance modalities are further specified in the procurement documents. The tender procedure is organised in 2 lots, one per each of the following service groups: Lot I: Testing services and functional consultancy; Lot II: Development, Technical and Operational consultancy. Interested companies may submit a tender for one or both lots. The ECB intends to award framework agreements (the ‘Contract’) to the suppliers offering the best value for money. The envisaged number of Contracts to be awarded is up to 6 per lot.

LOT-0001 · Lot I: Testing services and functional consultancy
Lot I: Testing services and functional consultancy: for new Wallstreet Suite releases, modules, or other changes to the ECB’s Wallstreet Suite installation, or the preparation of such tests. Services are also related to the resolution of testing differences independently, but at the same time in close co-operation with the software vendor and the users. Furthermore, support and advice to the ECB will be expected with regards to the selection of test tools according to the respective needs. Lastly, to support for small bespoke configuration, functional design and support of the application.
