The procurement concerns consultancy services where the delivery mainly consists of analysis, review and consultancy work. The delivery entails, to a limited degree, the purchase of physical goods, transport, energy use or other activities that normally produce significant climate and environmental impacts. The procurement ́s environmental footprint is therefore assessed to be very limited and relevant climate and environmental considerations have not been identified that could be appropriately incorporated as requirements or criteria in the competition. In accordance with DFØ ́s guidance, the climate and environmental impact of this procurement is not considered immaterial, and there are, therefore, no special climate and environmental requirements set, cf. the Procurement Act § 5 b.
