Export Controls – Part 1: Classifying Materials and Equipment (i.e., goods, technology, software)

- Questions 1–2 must always be answered.
- Questions 3–5 need to be answered only if the answer to Question 2 was ‘No’
- The export of the materials and equipment requested with this procurement procedure is already considered subject to a licence if an export licence is required for one of the requested goods.
