- Introduction
As of 22.02.2019, we will provide new e-Awarding applications that no
longer require installed Java for execution.
Our applications come with their own Java runtime environments, i.e. you
now have to install the software once on your computer. Usually no
Administrator rights are required for this.
The guide can be used both for submitting a tender and for submitting a request to participate. The only differences here are the buttons for starting the activities "Submit bid" and "Submit participation request", for example. The Procedere is equivalent.

- Installing the e-Vergabe App
Install the e-Awarding app before submitting a bid. You can find it on our
website www.evergabe-online.de under Company, then Applications ->
eVergabeApp or directly under the path
www.evergabe-online.de/downloads/installer/evergabeapp.
Your operating system will be automatically detected on the following
page and you will be offered an installation file.
Click on the "For ... Download" button, download the installation file and
run it.
After starting the installation you can select the language.

You can customize the location of the application as you wish. Once
installation is complete, you can use the "Submit offer / participation
application" function from the AnA Web. The installation only needs to
be carried out once.

- Reconditions for the submission of tenders
If you want to submit a quotation, you must first have activated participation in the relevant procedure and you must be assigned to the procedure as a clerk. You can find an active procedure under My e- Awarding -> My calls for tender.
Click on the "note with pencil" symbol to go to the tender processing
website. In the register Documents you will find the tender documents,
which you have to download to your computer and fill in.

- Start function „Submit offer“
After clicking on the button "Submit application / offer" you will be
directed to the following website:
If you have not yet installed the eVergabeApp, you can do so now (Step 1
web page). If you have already installed the eVergabeApp, you can now
ignore step 1 of the web page. In this case click directly on "Download
start file" (step 2 on the web page)

A file named start-eVergabeApp.evergabeapp is downloaded.
After the download you start this file. If the eVergabeApp has been
previously installed, the bidding process is now initiated and the
eVergabeApp starts. You can now see the started eVergabeApp at the
bottom right of the system time in the applications.
After the "eVergabeApp started" message appears, you can proceed to
step 3 on the web page.

- Compiling the offer
You will now be taken to the "Compose offer" mode.
With the button "Add files" you can add files from your hard disk to the
offer.
If you have many files or several lots you can create subfolders. The
subfolders have their own "Add files" function.
After adding your documents, you will see them listed on the website
under the item "My compilation for submission".

If the documents are PDF files, the following functions are available:
This function allows you to sign the corresponding documents using
a software certificate or signature card.
This function allows you to check your signature for validity.
The delete function (trashcan) can be used for all types of documents.
This function removes documents from the compilation. When you have
finished compiling your offer, click on the "Send offer" button.
If documents have been marked as "Requested back or to be signed" by
the document allocation office, you will always receive the following.

Warning: Make sure that the documents are complete and click on "OK".
The last step follows:
With a click on "Send files" your offer will be uploaded to the server. After
positive transmission of the offer to the server, you will receive a
confirmation of receipt immediately afterwards.

The acknowledgement of receipt and an entry of a tender submitted will
be stored in the "Documents" section of the corresponding call for tenders.
