DISTRIBUȚIE ENERGIE ELECTRICĂ ROMANIA S.A. schreibt in 13 Losen Kabel und Leitungen für Stromnetze aus, darunter Niederspannungs- und Mittelspannungskabel sowie isolierte und blanke Leiter. Die Lieferungen sind für den Raum Cluj-Napoca in Rumänien vorgesehen und sollen über 720 Tage bedarfsabhängig abgerufen werden; die geschätzte Gesamtmenge hängt daher vom tatsächlichen Bedarf ab. Der geschätzte Gesamtwert beträgt rund 91,5 Millionen rumänische Lei. Die Beschaffung soll die kontinuierliche Stromversorgung sichern.

Prin achizitia de „Cabluri si conductoare” se urmareste asigurarea continuitatii in alimentarea cu energie electrica precum si reducerea numarului de sanctiuni posibil a fi aplicate de ANRE. Numǎrul de zile pȃnǎ la care potențialii ofertanți pot solicita clarificǎri referitoare la documentația de atribuire, ȋnainte de data limitǎ de depunere a ofertei este 20. Entitatea contractantǎ va rǎspunde tuturor solicitǎrilor de clarificǎri sau informațiilor suplimentare în a 13-a zi ȋnainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul-limită stabilit mai sus.
