The contracting authority can, however, choose to in writing ask tenderers to submit, supplement, clarify or supplement the received information and documentation within a short additional deadline if the information or documentation appears to contain errors or uncertainties, or if certain information or documents are missing. There is, however, an important limit if the Contracting Authority chooses to use this right: Sending, supplementing, clarification or filling in accordance with the first section shall not result in the offer being improved.

Tenderers must deliver: • Description and/or product sheet/brochure with an overview of the tenderer ́s standardised products (fixed assortment, see Annex 2). The description (the product magazine/brochure) shall include: o Picture of the product/product in colour o Available Sizes o Material description (substance type etc.) o Type of logo (printed or embroidered) o Description of whether the product can be found for both men and women o Product number • The tenderer's general product /product catalogue (edge assortment) • Product samples (see the requirement specifications point 3 for further information).
