Kurzbeschreibung

NGIR Drift AS schreibt den Transport und die Behandlung von sauberem und behandeltem Holz, Gartenabfällen sowie druckimprägniertem Holz in Norwegen aus. Die Ausschreibung umfasst zwei Lose mit geschätzten Werten von 5 Millionen und 6 Millionen norwegischen Kronen; Angebote können für eines oder beide Lose eingereicht werden. AWARD CRITERION: Under the award criterion "climate and environmental considerations," the contracting authority will evaluate the following: - The average R1 value for the reception facility over the past year, where a higher value yields a better score (weighted 70%). - The distance to the reception facility from the contracting authority’s address, and the type of fuel used. The evaluation will be conducted as follows: o Distance in km from the contracting authority to the reception facility (weighted 10%). o The supplier is requested to describe the vehicles to be used for transport—for example, whether they are zero-emission vehicles. The various vehicles will be evaluated as follows: Electric = 10 points, hydrogen = 9.5 points, biogas = 8.5 points, and all others = 0 points. If rail or sea transport is used, the portion of the route covered by these methods will be awarded 10 points, while the remainder of the transport will be scored according to the scale above. Failure to provide a description will result in 0 points (weighted 20%). DOCUMENTATION: Appendix 2 – Supplier’s Solution Description – Sub-contract 2, Section 3.
