Notes: Please fill in the respective fields as follows: Each row corresponds to one lot (one s-MBH unit). If you wish to offer multiple Lots, please fill in multiple rows accordingly. The evaluation will be carried out per lot. Please enter a brief description (MBH type designation, with reference to the PDF offer) and the respective unit price based on the required delivery term “DPU Poltava, Ukraine (Incoterms 2020)” (see also the document “10056473 Special contractual terms and conditions.docx”) in the designated fields (marked in red). All lots need to be identical in pricing and goods offered. The bidder needs to offer only as many lots as they can deliver in the given timeframe. Based on a comparison of all bids under consideration, the most economically advantageous bid will be selected across all lots for Lot 1.1-1.45. By considering and evaluating bids across all lots, the contracting authority reserves the right to assign a bid to any Lot of 1.1-1.45, provided the bid is fully suitable. If a bidder can offer more than 15 Lots, GIZ reserves the right to assign up to 7 of the additionally offered lots as option to the secured funds.
