Vor Baubeginn sind vom beaftragten Unternehmen genau zu prüfen:
- Tragfähigkeit des Baugrundes, Grundwasserverhältnisse bzw. die Notendigkeit des Einbaues einer Ringdrainage
- Der genaue Verlauf der Grundstücksgrenzen
- Die Höhenpunkte , insbesondere die Kanalanschlußhöhen
- sämtliche Planmaße -Unstimmigkeiten sind dem Entwurfsverfasser unverzüglich mitzuteilen
- Das in den Plänen angegebene Höhenniveau OK FFB EG ist gemeinsam mit dem Bauherren abzustecken und zu prüfen 29 Bei der Bauausführung sind genau zu beachten:
