Semiconductor Switch-Matrix

Tender number: IHP-2026-051

Contracting party: IHP GmbH – Leibniz Institute for High Performance Microelectronics/ Leibniz-Institut für innovative Mikroelektronik Im Technologiepark 25 15236 Frankfurt (Oder)

1. Subject matter of the service

We intend to purchase a Semiconductor Switch-Matrix which fulfills the specifications outlined in Section 2.

2. Scope of services

All technical requirements specified in Section 2 are minimum requirements. If one or more of these minimum requirements are not met, the tender will not be considered for evaluation.

Delivery of a Switch-matrix with:

• Switching of signals on triax connectors o At least 6 triax inputs with 3 lug connectors o Additionally at least 2 triax inputs with 3 lug connectors for CV measurements o Additionally at least 2 triax inputs with 3 lug connectors for pulse signals o At least 20 triax outputs with 3 lug connectors o Bandwidth: >3 MHz o Leakage current less than 100fA o 2 pole switching
• Switching of signals on BNC connectors o 12 inputs on BNC connectors o 12 outputs on BNC connectors o Bandwidth specified by the vendor up until at least 200 Mhz, maximum insertion loss of 5 dB at 200 MHz and <= 0.75 dB @ 10 MHz
• Miscellaneous o GPIB + Ethernet interface o Compatibility with the Keithley 4200-SCS parameter analyzer already in use by the contracting authority, including a suitable user library for remote operation. o Vendor must provide suitable rack-mounting equipment o Reference configuration: Keithley 707B equipped with three Keithley 7174A and three Keithley 7173-50, or technically equivalent. The reference products are specified solely to describe the required technical and functional characteristics and to ensure

compatibility with the existing measurement infrastructure. Equivalent products from other manufacturers are expressly permitted, provided that all minimum requirements specified in this service description are met.

General requirements & Maintenance:

• System must be new. No used similar system products may be offered.
• Delivery: DDP, Im Technologiepark 25, 15236 Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, Incoterms® 2020.
• Electrical connection requirements IHP: 230VAC 50Hz one phase, enabling access to EU/German power grid.
• Needs to fit into a 19-inch standard rack, maximum of 10U
• Information on the anticipated maintenance and follow-up costs for a period of three years after expiry of the warranty/guarantee period, including spare and wear parts, must be provided. This information is provided for informational purposes only and will not be considered in the evaluation of tenders.
• The offered system must comply with all applicable requirements under European Union law at the time it is placed on the market or delivered. Where applicable, the system must bear a valid CE marking, and the corresponding EU/EC Declaration of Conformity must be provided with the system.
• Operating instructions, maintenance-related technical documentation and circuit diagrams must be provided in German or English. Safety-related operating instructions, safety information and warning notices, including labels and stickers on the system, must be provided in German.
• Documentation of the system - instructions must be available at least in electronic form.
• The warranty/guarantee period must be at least 12 months. The bidder shall also state the price for an extension of the warranty/guarantee period to 24 months. This information is requested for informational purposes only and will not be considered in the evaluation of tenders.

Technical documentation Technical data sheets or equivalent manufacturer documentation demonstrating compliance with the technical minimum requirements specified in Section 2 must be submitted with the tender.

3. Place of performance

The place of performance is: Im Technologiepark 25, 15236 Frankfurt (Oder)

4. Performance period/delivery period

Delivery period/performance period: Delivery shall be completed no later than 16 weeks after the award of the contract.

5. Price information (to be completed by the bidder)

• Only the total net price of Item 1 is considered in the evaluation of tenders. The price stated in Item 2 is requested for informational purposes only and will not be considered in the evaluation.
• VAT and the total gross amount are not considered in the evaluation. If VAT is not applicable or is not to be charged by the bidder, the respective fields shall be marked “not applicable”.

6. Terms and conditions of the tender

• Tenders shall be submitted electronically in text form in accordance to section 126b of the German Civil Code (BGB).
• By submitting a tender, the tenderer confirms that it complies with all the requirements of this service description.
• Changes or additions to the tender documents by the bidder are not permitted.
• Alternative tenders are not permitted.
• The bidder is bound to their bid until the award deadline specified in the announcement.

7. Evaluation of bids The award criterion is the total net price (100%). The contract will be awarded to the tender that meets all minimum requirements and has the lowest total net price.

1. The contractor is obliged to take back packaging free of charge at the request of the client.
2. By submitting the offer, the bidder confirms compliance with the execution and delivery deadlines specified in this service description.
3. The bid shall be submitted electronically in text form. A handwritten signature is not required.
4. After the contract has been awarded, a letter of engagement shall be drawn up. A separate contract ☐ shall be concluded / ☐ shall not be concluded.
