In the case of contracts awarded following negotiated procedures for supply and service contracts with start-ups, the company must not have been in existence for more than eight years.
We declare that
in the financial year preceding the conclusion of the contract, the company employed fewer than two hundred and fifty people on average over the year and either generated turnover of no more than fifty million euros or had an annual balance sheet total of no more than forty- three million euros, and
25 per cent or more of the company’s capital or voting rights is not held by one or more other companies that do not meet the above conditions. .
