The unit price for option months is calculated by the contracting authority as the total price of the base period (all services included) divided by the guaranteed GPU-hours; it covers the continued provision of all services during the option months (1.3.2).

All prices shall be quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. The VAT line shall show German VAT at 19% on the net total in all cases, including where the contracting authority owes the VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism (§ 13b UStG). The grand total including this VAT is the basis for the price ceiling and the price evaluation
Bidders must ensure that the above includes all costs for GPUs, CPUs, storage, data transfer, and required services in line with the tender specifications.
