- Company Presentation
A brief description of the service portfolio of the tenderer's company / of each individual member of the group of tenderers / of the third party providing capacity, with reference to the specific subject matter of the procurement, is/are enclosed with this form as Annex B.
We are aware of the risk of a breach of the principles of competition and confidentiality pursuant to Sections 1 and 97 of the German Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB) in the event of multiple participation (e.g. as a member of several groups of candidates, as an individual candidate and a member of a group of candidates, or as a candidate and a subcontractor/third party providing capacity to another candidate, or similar). With regard to any shareholdings and other economic links to other undertakings, we declare as follows:

For each Personnel Profile, the table below sets out (i) the total number of employees in our workforce (or pool) whose professional profile corresponds to the experiences and qualifications required for the relevant Personnel Profile, and (ii) the geographic distribution of the relevant workforce, to the extent relevant to our ability to provide services on-site in Munich:

2.1 Sample CVs (Curriculum Vitae)
For each Personnel Profile listed in the Personnel Capacity Overview above, the tenderer shall provide two (2) sample CVs of personnel whose qualifications and professional experience correspond to the requirements of the relevant Personnel Profile.
Accordingly, the tenderer shall submit at least the following sample CVs:
• Manual Tester: two (2) sample CVs
• Test Automation Specialist: two (2) sample CVs
The sample CVs shall be enclosed with this form as an Annex and shall clearly demonstrate the relevant education, professional qualifications, certifications, technical skills, language skills and project experience of the proposed or representative personnel.
Where sample CVs are submitted for representative personnel only, and not for specifically proposed personnel, the tenderer shall ensure that the personnel actually provided during contract performance have qualifications and experience that are at least equivalent to those evidenced by the submitted sample CVs.
The tenderer may anonymize personal data in the sample CVs, provided that the information necessary to assess the relevant qualifications, skills and professional experience remains clearly identifiable.
- Company-Related References
As evidence of our technical and professional ability, we refer to a total of comparable company-related references, which are set out in further detail below and in Annex/Annexes B.
Note: Where more than three (3) references are provided, the following template "Reference No. [...]" may be used – including multiple times – for the fourth and each additional reference. Unlike the remainder of this form, this template is not write-protected. The additional references shall be numbered consecutively.
Minimum requirements:
The Contracting Authority requires at least three (3) suitable references, which must have been provided in the last three (3) years before the Submission Deadline (start of the reference project is decisive).
References need not be completed at the Submission Deadline; however, the reference services shall have been underway for at least twelve (12) months at that date.
A reference shall be deemed suitable where it covers the provision of temporary workers for activities relating to the energy sector.
Each reference must cover the provision of at least one (1) temporary worker over a performance period of no less than ninety (90) person-days.
